1 Information We Collect
The Tic Tac Toe — Themes app itself does not directly collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) from users.
The following data is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to our servers:
- Player names entered in-game (stored in device SharedPreferences)
- Game statistics — wins, losses, draws per difficulty level (stored in SQLite database on-device)
- Selected theme preference (stored in device SharedPreferences)
We do not operate servers or databases that store your personal data. However, our third-party advertising partner (Google AdMob) may collect certain data as described below.
2 How We Use Information
The locally stored data (player names, game stats, theme) is used solely to:
- Display your player name during gameplay
- Track your game statistics to unlock new themes

None of this data is shared with SDCode, third parties, or any external service by the app itself.
3 Third-Party Services — Google AdMob
This app uses Google AdMob to display banner advertisements. AdMob is provided by Google LLC. AdMob may collect and process data including but not limited to:

4 Advertising & Consent

When you first launch the app, you will be presented with a consent dialog powered by Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). You may:

Tic Tac Toe — Themes is designed as a general audience game suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
This app is not directed at children under 13 and is not designated as a children's app under Google Play's Families Policy. AdMob is configured to serve ads appropriate for general audiences.

7 Data Security
We take data security seriously. All data generated by the app is stored locally on your device using Android's built-in security (app sandboxing, SharedPreferences, and SQLite). This data cannot be accessed by other apps on your device.
We do not transmit your app data over the internet. Network activity in the app is limited to AdMob's ad-loading network requests, which are handled securely by Google's infrastructure using HTTPS encryption.
8 Data Retention
Locally stored data (player names, game statistics, theme preference) is retained on your device for as long as the app is installed. This data is automatically deleted when you uninstall the app.
